Here is the number of sold properties in Ottawa in February 2017: 233 condominiums and 777 residential properties, the total of 1,010 compared with 908 in February 2016 an increase of 11.2% which ahs a good news for 2017.
The average sale price for condominium-class property was $258,397 an increase of 4% from February 2016.
The average sale price for residential-class property was $417,374 an increase of 1.9% from February 2016.
“The number of properties sold in the $750,000 to $999,999 and over $1 million price range increased over February 2016. The number of sold condo over $1 Million was 20 in February 2017 vs 6 in February 2016.
BR> The number of houses listed on the market in February 2017 was 25% more than February 2016 ."
