The number of sold properties in Ottawa in October 2016, 257 condominiums and 957 residential properties, the total of 1,214 compared with 1,159 in October 2015 an increase of 4.5%.
The average sale price for condominium-class property was $251,465 an increase of 0.01% from October 2015.
The average sale price for residential-class property was $392,579, an increase of 3.3% of from October 2015.
